THEN ONLY SUCH FOOD ALLEGRGY RECALL WILL ABATE. FOOD SCIENCE LITERACY IN FOOD INDUSTRY IS A MUST BECAUSE MANY OF THE REGULATORY MATTERS HANDLING PERSON IN FOOD INDIUSTRIES COULD BE OBSERVED AS FOOD SCIENCE ILLITERATES . AND THAT IS THE MOST UNFORTUNATE PART OF THE WHOLE STORY. WHO PAYS THE PRICE FOR SUCH COSTLY RECALL ? THE FOOD INDUSTRY BECAUSE FOOD INDUSTRY MANY TIMES DO OBTAIN LOW PRICED LESS QUALIFIED REGULATORY AFFAIRS PEOPLE TO CATCH ON WITH THE REGULATORY SYSTEM WHICH IS EVER MORE AND MORE COMPLEX THEN THE FOOD INDUSTRY THINK.
